There's generally an alternative to every expensive gardening toy we know
of. I'm in the process of forging my own "whiffler" hoe out of some scrap
barrel strapping. Miz Anne's next oldest brother is an electronics engineer
of long standing and does blacksmithing and coopering as a hobby. Almost
