Our PSC works a little differently, they force the electric companies to credit
the users with rebates for overcharging. Last month I had 54 bux in rebates
credited to my bill. But, then, they still get to charge me $6 for figuring my
bill. My clients would fall off their chairs laughing if I tried that and I
would be out of clients. Wish I had a monopoly.
