Thanks for the suggestion. There is also a commercially available enzyme
put out by Lily Miller, I believe, that acts as a catalyst. But right
now, with the 100 degree heat, it is really cooking, and will continue
to do so right through mid November, by which time it should have cooled
down...but ya never know here.
