ChefChile, Frank, and others,
'preciate the suggestions. There were a lot of things I could have done, but
just didn't end up with the time. If it comes to that again this year I will open
the fields up to ANYONE who wants to come and help themselves. I had offers
of help, but dadgumit, this was supposed to be a legitimate business. The
business plan shouldn't read 'can impose on friends if labor is short'. This is
going to fly or not fly on its' own little wings. One of my favorite quotes from
one of my fire service instructors is "Hope is not a method".
