Do you know what the subject of Dave DeWitt's new book is? I've had a lot
of fun with his takes on various ethnic cuisines. I read he was in India
with Pat Chapman (my personal culinary hero) - could that be it?

p.s. Can't we put together enough chile-heads in Atlanta to do a hotluck? I
ask this every six months or so, but I never get much response (except from
