[CH] salt & pepper shaker ?

Last night I found the cutest little salt and pepper shakers.  It was a gift
set with two wooden cooking utensils, chile pepper shaped salt and peppers
shakers, a holder that was decorated with chile peppers, some crackers, some
spicy cheese and the fixin's to make New Mexican Fajita Chili.  I'm still
waiting for the spicy part of the cheese to hit and it's been 7 or so hours
since I ate it, but what the hey.  I just wanted the other stuff any way.
One of the shakers is a red chile and the other is a yellow chile.  My ?,
which one would you put the salt in and which one for the pepper?  Dumb ? I
know, but I just want your imput!
