[CH] Beef Jerky with less soy sauce

My wife gave me a dehydrator for Christmas. Great. I have already used it
and made some nice beef jerky marinated with soy sauce and jalapeno powder
and ancho powder.

But, all my marinade recipes for beef jerky includes the use of lots of soy
sauce.

Does anybody have recipes for beef jerky with little or none soy sauce ? If
you have, I would appreciate a mail with the ingredients.
