I myself haven't had any of "The Bread" made by Jim. I do however have the recipe & have made it often. My favorite way to serve it is to slice very thin (like a quarter) & toast in a 325F degrees oven til it's like a melba toast. Then get a package of cream cheese & some sun dried tomatoes in oil, drain the maters & chopp fine. Mix the two together then spread on a slice of "THE BREAD" & top with a slice of smoked salmon. OOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWwEEEEEEEEEEe thats a Heavenly taste!!! Served this with Hoppin John at our New Years Eve party & even the semi CH'ers enjoyed it. Chris
