....I didn't get a lot of hot related stuff but then again, I indulge in it and buy my own all the time. I did, like others, receive somewhat of a novelty gift that I really like. It was a red and white aggot (sp? metal with red and white spots like old campware) collender that had the Chile Penne Pasta mentioned, ceramic pepper salt and pepper shakers, a bottle of Red Devil hot sauce and a tad of salsa. I like the pasta, I have bought it before....not really hot but for someone not expecting there is a slight wamth to it. The Red Devil isn't bad on a few things like you would Frank's. I will bring the shakers to work. It also was tied with raffia and 2 small cermic peppers that can be used somewhere! BTW, the salsa was AWFUL but I didn't expect much. I did make my younger brother's Christmas hot by sending him some of my homemade dilly beans, pepper jelly, some Jankanoo sauce and the book "Hot Licks". He was very happy, especially as he lives alone, doesn't cook a lot, and lives in Tennessee where he hasn't much of a selection of cultural markets/products. Hey, for all of you that saw or heard about upstate NY getting buried in snow just before New Years.....we had 20 plus inches overnight.....it is now in the high 50's/low 60's and rain........funky!
