Hot choices: A survey done for Cholula Hot Sauce finds that 56 percent of
hot sauce users add
                 the spicy stuff to their eggs. While most use the sauce for
barbecue and Mexican dishes, many
                 also add it to soup, stir-fries and even fish. 
                     And 26 percent said they sometimes use hot sauce to
replace ingredients that are high in fat.
                 Women (33 percent) outnumber men (19 percent) in this use.
