Man, I can sympathize. I've worked in the service industry (though not in restauraunts, thank El Grande) since I was 14. My pop owned a hardware store. I used to get so cranked. Never failed that I would be waiting on some idiot who was picking through a bin of 3 cent wood screws finding the ones that were the exact same length. Never mind that there was less than a 32nd of an inch difference between 'em. Meanwhile, over in the outdoor power equipment department someone would be drooling on a $2000 riding lawnmower. Yep, that's right, couldn't get to him fast enough & lost a huge sale. Later worked in hospitals for a number of years. Man, there is never ever ever enough time to get all the work done in a hospital. Now I own 3 equipment and party rental stores. In the past we sold balloons. I have had women come in with a piece of fabric and try to match colors with balloons. Swear to El Grande. Then be PO'd cause I didn't have the right color of balloon. Face it Bro'. Sometimes you just can't win. Kevin Crooks csckec@terraworld.net Between stimulus and response, man has the freedom to choose.
