[CH] QUICK, SPICY SNACK

I usaully need a quick "pick-me-up" by 11:ooAM everyday and try to stay 
within healthy means when choosing what I am going to snack on.  I love 
baby carrots but, they tend to be a little bland when eaten raw so what 
I do is take a small ziplock bag and add a pinch of salt, black pepper 
and garlic powder along with a few drops of my favorite hot sauce.  Add 
the baby carrots, close the bag and give it a few shakes to coat the 
carrots with this mixture.  Keep refrigerated if you will not be eating 
them right away.  They are delicious!!!
