I have not tried this but it sounds good. I bet the addition of some chipotles would be great. Chile Roll Log Appetizer Yield: 12 Servings 1/2 Pound American Cheese 1 Pound Smoked Cheese 1/2 Pound Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 8 Oz Pkg. Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese 1 Small Onion Chopped Fine 1/3 Garlic Chopped Fine 1/4 Tsp. Seasoned Salt 2 Tbs. Lea & Perrins Brand Worcestershire Sauce Chile Powder 1. Mix all of the above except Chile powder in a large mixing bowl and then form into logs. Roll in Chile powder. 2. Wrap in saran wrap and place in refrigerator, chill at least 1 hour before serving. 3. Serve with a variety of crackers.
