I have a recipe similar to this and the suggested serving method is in small tortilla "cups". Brush or spray small tortillas with a bit of vegetable oil, press into muffin tins, toast in a medium oven until they keep the muffin cup shape. To serve just put the meatballs and sauce into the tortilla "cups", -Leslie.
