Hey Calvin, That powder only has one fault-- It runs out too fast. I used about half of it in a batch of homemade pork sausage instesd of my usual cayenne. It was probably the best sausage I have ever made. The heat was just right and the flavor, supurb. Of course I had to sprinkle my eggs with it two mornings in a row which started my day off well. The remainder went into a pot of homemade vegetable-beef soup. It really gave that a fine twang and delicious flavor. Even my wife Marty, a non-CH, liked it. And now it's all gone. :{( I'll remedy that situation by ordering some today. Thanks for getting me hooked on the stuff. I think you must be in cahoots with the tobacco industry.
