Hello, Yup, I received my baggie of chile from Calvin last week as well. Actually, it's damned good. I've been using a lot of ground habs recently and as Calvin's mix is milder even my SO enjoyed using it! Anyway - a good and complex flavour and it went magnificently on bagels & cream cheese, grilled cheese sarnies, BBQ chicken that I fixed for friends etc. etc. I am using it daily until it's all gone. I am also thinking of using it to spike up some dull salsa I found lurking in my fridge. So, I don't think that I can add any further comments except that I may prefer a slightly larger flake size, but that's personal choice - I think that it will stay fresher longer. However, bearing in mind that it'll be scarfed pretty quickly by the likes of you lot longevity & shelf life are not really significant factors!
