Penzey's spices (was Re: [CH] Homemade chipotles?)

Penzey's also has a store in St. Paul, MN (opened fairly recently, I
think...).  My wife and I have stopped in to look and ended up
restocking half our spice rack.  We've been using the ground chipotle
powder in just about everything and it's been wonderful every time.  For
those of you local to the Twin Cities, it's on Grand Ave, between Dale
and St. Albans, I believe...  It's got a green awning and is next to
George's (? Howard's?) Shoe Repair shop.

We'll definintely be continuing to use Penzey's for our spices...
