I use Penzey's mail-order all the time for my spices. I've always been very
satisfied. I always have their Fox Point, Northwoods, and Southwest blends
on hand. Their chile powders are also good. I usually buy the mild and add
whatever peppers I want for heat. Jim's smoked habs really spice things up,
as do normal chipotles. Their chipotle powder is very good and has a lower
heat than I'd normally expect - which is good, I think, since it allows me
to flavor dishes without cranking up the heat too high (desirable in some
cases).

Their prices are also reasonable and you can buy in bulk. So what's not to
like? Shipping is a little high, but it's still worth it!
