Hi everyone. It has been a while since I de-lurked (did I write that
correctly?). Anyway, just wanted to drop a note about Kit Anderson's recipe
for Bad attitude Chile.  I made it for a Super Bowl party this week-end and
it was a big hit.  Left off some of the hot stuff because of all of the non
Chile-Heads present. I plan on making a special batch for my personal
consumption this week-end and you better belive that I will add chiles
instead of subtracting. 
Thanks a lot Kit for the recipe, and to everyone else, I love this list.
