I dont think she is being anal (and I think it was kind of rude of you to
say so)- I mean it is the law..silly as it may seem he can get in trouble
if he doesn't follow "the rules" and end up paying alot more out in fines
than he pulls in. Since he advertises single bottles as well as bulk it
really is in his best interest to look into the health codes. Its a bit of
a hoop jumping routine, but coming from someone who owned a small scale sub
and ice cream parlour I know its best to be informed.
