Who would want > it? While it is certainly arguable how much government regulation is needed and what specifically those regulations should cover, they are a fact of life and we do have to abide by them. It seems that no one wants regulation that impedes or inhibits them from things that they want, but when someone is negatively affected by something they scream for regulations to protect them. Such is life. Interestingly, Calvin himself, does not seem to be as disturbed by those regulations that he must abide by in order to sell his product, as others who wish to buy his powder now. He has stated that he intends to pursue selling his powder commercially, so I think if everyone exhibits some patience, all will be happy in the end and Calvin will not find himself in any possible legal quandries as a result of trying to circumvent existing regulations.
