Chile Heads, I received and ate my sample of Calvin's. Too excited to cook with it I used it on toasted cheese sandwiches: Roasted-garlic bread, buttered Thinly sliced onions Calvin's delight sprinked on top of onions Cheddar cheese, sharp Toasted until cheese melted and onions cooked. I noticed that when I sprinkled the powder on after cooking the sandwiches that the flavor was hotter. From that I gathered that you need more when cooking with it to achieve the same degree of hotness (DUH!). I sure would like more and would buy the powder if it were on the market.
