Hey, those recipes I posted were things I typically cook at work (unless I want to impress a female...which would take a female to impress...which means I don't cook like that much <g>...). At home, I'm lucky to have the energy (much less desire) to heat up some ramen [tm??] noodles and throw in a chopped up hab. One of my favorite things ("treat") to do though - when I can find some **fresh** fish/seafood - is to cook it up as simple as can be, usually just pan-fry the "whatever", well-seasoned/"chile-i-fied", a veg or two on the side, and some rice. I leave the foo-foo stuff for restaurant work and the people who want to shell out $30 for something 6-inches tall sitting in a pool of sauce with an ounce of sauteed veggie surrounding it (there's a good joke in that sentence, but I'll leave it be...use yer imagination...parallel, parallel...gadz, I'm pathetic..). Anywho, your recipe sounds DEE-LISH and Rael just may go in search of some fresh kittyfish...or maybe con El Chef-o into selling me some of the fresh shark we just got in today. Hmmm... Believe I'm ramblin... Peace, Hendrix, and Chiled Catfish....... Rael rael64@earthlink.net Redneck Sous Chef Monk of the TCS Order of Immaculate Twister Keeper of the Faith and a Towel...
