I've been hoarding the sample of the powder for a couple of days, trying it on nearly everything I could -- potatoes and eggs, chilaquiles and the store-bought chile beans (so, I haven't eaten as often as I'd like) -- before I grought it into the office. Everyone who has taken the finger test has raved, looking for the subtleties in the taste. Initial comments have ranged from "the first taste is sorta like a hot bell pepper" to "caribbean". Me, I've just been relaxing in the glow. I personally like the quick burn that quickly covers the tongue (and lips) with a nice afterglow. I'm sold, as are many of my colleagues.
