Just made my first batch of Inner Beauty. Added about 6 green Thais and a huge handful of fresh ginger. Passed the cheese sandwich test with flying colours, next test will have to be bacon sandwiches. This stuff is amazing! Two things, though: 1: Where did all the heat go? Twelve habs, six Thais and a tablespoon of flakes should be brain-destroyinlgy hot (not to mention the mustard), but it was only very hot. Did I cook it too long? 2: Did I see something on the YKYACHI page about two versions of this? Wosser diff? Thanks, jbc
