Here is my Calvin's Powder Report: The stuff has great heat and fantastic flavor. My wife forwarded it to me, because I am taking some concentrated aviation training now and won't be back home for a couple weeks. First I tried just a pinch on the tongue. What a mistake, not because it wasn't good, but because it was too good. I immediately thought of more places to use it than the sample size permits. I next tried it on some fresh pineapple. Outstanding and what a breakfast:-) I plan to save the rest for cooking adventures, probably fish. Calvin, if you are reading, I will send you a full report by e-mail within the next couple weeks. This however brings up a question for the list members regardless of whether they tried The Powder or not. How many of us are willing to pay a premium price for a premium product? Or do we prefer bargains (the best bargain being growing our own). Or do we mix our purchases e.g. "maintenance chiles" and "special occasion chiles"? Chile Power, Frank
