Habs at most breakfasts these days:-) Most often toast with Red Savina powder (Habs purchased from Jim Campbell, dried and ground myself). Top the toast with orange marmalade or honey. Frequently the Bread toasted with honey, peach jam or strawberry preserves. Opens the respiratory system and turns on the mental switches. Have to drink my cupa joe before the habs, otherwise they are too intense.
