Jeff- Thank you for the seasoning sample. So far I have tried it on finger, pasta, hamburger helper, and pizza. I find the flavor very complimentary to Italian style food. It has good heat and flavor, with enough kick to get your eyelids to sweat just a little. I am not that familiar with Jamaican Style sauces, so perhaps I am not a good comparative judge of your rub. I would be inclined to think you have a winner here, though, and would like to have the recipe when you're ready. Along another thread, I hope the Postal Service has allowed delivery of my second sample to you; they will have to work a little harder to open this one. Thanks again, Calvin
