Cook's Illustrared magazine is a very informative magazine that does not gear towards any particular crowd like Chile Pepper magazine. They do extreme research into every article and recipe they feature, creating and recreating until they find the best possible outcome that all chefs participating in agree on. I have tried many of their recipes and have found each one superb. It is a highly recommended magazine by me but, who am I? Everyone has their own opinion but, mine is a positive one in this case. P.S. Don't get me wrong... I love Chile Pepper magazine. It happens to be my favorite one.
