[CH] seeds sprouting

O.K. so a few weeks ago somebody was talkking about germinating seeds
in a plastic zip lock bag. Since My seeds wern't doing anything in
peat pellets (its been a couplr of months) I tried the zip lock.
Stuck em in there last week and they look almost ready to sprout, they
are all fat. Once they open up, what do I do with them, just pop
em in a peat pellet ? Do they need to be oriented a certain way ?
I need them in a peat pellet for my hydroponic system. By the way,
my tomatillo's that I sprouted less than a month ago are starting
to get flowers, I can't beleive how fast they are growing, I am also
growing some apple peppers, they are jammin too (but no flowers yet).
