Blue Rider and the CH's, > Is there a way that one unacquainted with the Colonel could get his >recipes? May El Grande rest his soul Ian used to e-mail his recipes to me regularly - The Biosphere Kitchen is the U.S. site for them. You can see it at: http://www.proaxis.com/~biosphere/food/muoi/muoi.html At the top of the page there are links to the European collection, and the Colonel's site in Korat, Thailand. I guess I'd better get started building some more recipe pages. It's going to take some plowing around through e-mails, as in some cases I have 2-3 versions of a recipe, as it was being developed, etc. I believe that I currently have about 50 of the recipes on the site, and I can probably come up with perhaps 30 more. Time is the biggest issue, of course, but I can probably get them all done over the next month or two. I seem to have somehow missed the post which said that Ian had passed away. He had been hospitalized for heart problems three times, he's been out of touch for some time now, and I miss him quite a bit. If anyone could provide additional details, I'd appreciate it, as I'll of course need to offer condolences to his wife, Muoi. Colonel Ian F. Khuntilanont-Philpott was one of the nicer guys I'd met in a long time. If he's really left us, he will indeed be sorely missed. Sincerely, Greg Metcalfe
