Tom, In my experience, giving the tortillas a quick dip in hot oil keeps them from getting soggy when the sauce is added. To compensate, I suggest either making a thicker enchilada sauce or putting some cheese on the enchiladas before topping them, to keep them from having as much contact with the sauce. David
