[CH] Habs/Scotch Bonnets

Can anyone tell me how to tell the difference between a Habenero & a Scotch
Bonnet? A local supermarket had (expensive) pre-packed punnets of both, &
they both looked the same (sort of like miniture sweet (bell) peppers),
except for the red Habs, which were a little smaller, pointy, & smoother -
almost strawberry shaped. They even taste, smell & have a similar heat to
each other.

The reason I ask, is that living in an area with a large Jamaican &
Carribean community, the local market has several stalls displaying boxes
full of similar looking peppers, simply marked "very hot" or "extra hot"
(which they certainly are!) peppers - no clue as to their identity. They
range in colour from pale to dark green, red to orange to yellow, & vary
considerably in size & wrinkly-ness. They cost about 2 UKpounds per pound
(I guess thats just over 3 USdollars per pound).

Thanks for any help

Paul
