Greetings all CH's I have recently returned from a trip to the US where I was fortunate enough to be able to purchase a bottle of "Dave's" and get my paws on some Habenero and Scotch Bonnet seeds. However, that is not the purpose of this posting. I ate the most divine wings that I have EVER tasted at HOOTERS - yes, believe it or not I managed to take my eyes off the waitresses long enough to actually savour the taste of "3-mile" wings. I visited Evansville, IN., Springfield, IL and Fayetteville, AR branches and I must admit that here in AFRICA we have NOTHING that comes anywhere near them wings!!!! Or the waitresses for that matter! Would any CH out there perhaps have the recipe that HOOTERS use? I know that they use some form of a batter as well as their marinade / sauce.
