[CH] Cancun trip

Hello to All!
A friend of mine is heading to Cancun the first week of March,
searching for the Holy Heat of the Sacred Fruit. He has never been
south of the border, but is a die-hard CH so I thought I would call
upon the experts and help him out. Any info. on markets, both out of
the way and in the way, festivals, restaurants and stores. Any point
of interest that has chiles and related products. This guy is a great
cook and *FOND* of Mexican cuisine. Any help/ info on points of
interest (doesn't have to be in the immediate Cancun area) that I can
relay to him would be much appreciated.
