Hey Everyone, Thought I would tell you about the treat I got on Valentine's Day (better late than never). My girlfriend, who is a CH in the making, made me some jalapenos stuffed with chocolate mousse and covered in chocolate. They were wonderful! Has anybody tried something like this using candied peppers? The light crunch of the pepper was good when they were chilled, but it was a little strange at room temp. I should mention that she had blanched the peppers slightly before stuffing and dipping. I can't wait to try something similar with habs, possibly using an apricot filling with white chocolate. Yuummmy! Also, I just recently purchased some of Rothchildes(sp?) Raspberry Thunder. Can anyone suggest something this stuff would be good on? No Rael, the girlfriend is not an option.(Ouch! I just skinned my knuckles again.) I was thinging of using it in things like brownies, yogurt, milkshakes, etc. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. In El Grande's Service, John Lilly
