I have no idea if the Hooters wings subject has been beaten to death yet =
since I get the digest version of ChileHeads, but:

Down here in Texas, if you go to a Hooters and order "Bentley" wings, =
you receive a super-hot version (well, hotter than the 3 mile island, =
anyway) not on the menu.  I have no idea what the name refers to, but =
waitresses in Houston, Dallas, and Austin knew exactly what I was =
speaking of.
