Luke in Oz who is wading thru a backlog of mail (trashed my
connection and Guess what Norton Unerase ain't as good as they
claim!
On Garlic -- Storage -- I get mine from a grower ,(I'm sure the
garlic is his legitimate crop !) anyway His is Small cloved red
skinned Calabrian ::source /his wifes grandmother smuggled some
into Australia in her Shoe in the 50's -He picks it,cleans it
dry ,no water,most of yr garlic is normally washed !! - anyway i
get 8 months out of a plait ,well several plaits ,about 40 knobs
on each ,okay i fess 4 plaits . Sells it WHOLESALE for about
$20AUS , $13.20USD a plait and boxes it with wood ,sells all he
grows ,
OOPs on topic he threads 3 chillies in the top .
Long ago ,well 6-7 yrs I went shrooming afore werk ,ended up
2hrs late as i picked lots and lots just Froze them whole
,figured well they go soft when ya cook em -Ok
also thai rest i did some wrk on lately ,she freezez her
chillies !!
