After going wild at the new grocery store in the area, we have had a cooking frenzy this weekend that ends with this evening's menu of: Jicama Slices with Lime Selection of Crackers and Chips Fresh Tomatilla Salsa Guacamole with Datil Flakes Marinated Roasted Sweet Red Pepper with Roasted Garlic Portabella Mushrooms in Garlic Butter and Wine Sauce. Hot Wings Bowl of Green Chile with side of Flour Tortillas (after Boz's recently posted recipe) Vanilla Ice Cream with Kahlua topping Obviously not a menu combination from the mind of a cooking school graduate, just a bunch of things we like to eat and had the ingredients to make !
