Double Entendre, Eh Whot???] Last one was #330. OK, Back to the scene of the chile-head stuff... Got 4 new sauces/salsas lately. [some as gifts!] 1. Senor Bradt's Dynamite Salsa from The Ruskin Redneck Tading Co., in Ruskin Fla. HOT! HAbs, Thais's and very little water/vinegar! 2. Hawaiian Kine, from Mililanni, Hawaii. Thick, says it won a priize @ the 98 Firey Foods Challenge & the 98 Scovie Awards, as all- purpose sauce. Put out by It's Chili in Hawaii Got their Maui Hot sauce ( Maui Onion, Tomato/Hab ), as well. Both as gifts from My Japanese Daughter-in-law, residing @ Barbers Point. Sorry, folks, tasty, but hot? Nah! Mild. OK to use as base, but then have add heat. 3. Banquete Chilero. Crushed Hot sauce. Picture on label showes my favorite.. Habs. says: Producto Centroamericano hecho en Costra Rico por Productos Columbia, S.A Nice and thick[ slow pours!], and decent flavor. It was brought back from CR for me { along w/ 10lbs of CR Coffee }<G>. Like it 4. Yahual Salsa Picante. NO info on label as to who makes it. havent opened yet. Did a [ few ] pieces of chicken this am. I boiled up the legs/wings for about 15min. drained, dried. Put them in hot veg. oil and Seseme oil mix. Sauce: Base: Naturally Fresh Hot Buffalo Wing Suce. Then added: 1/2 TSP. Calvins Killer Powder and 2 tbsp. Hawaiian Kine. Didnt get too much heat at first. About 3 min. later, sweat burst out of my scalp.
