Hi Marc Blackberry habanero sauces sounds awesome. The thought of that combination makes my mouth water. In Western Canada we have two kinds of blackberries. Big fat juicy ones that grow everywhere, and small sweet ones that I think are called Himilayan. I just called them wild ones (although both grow wild). the small ones are hard to find, but they make the best blackberry wine I have ever tasted.
