For all of you traveling CHers...This month's United Airlines in-flight magazine ("Hemispheres") has a feature article on our favorite topic called The Red Hot Chile Pepper (clever, I know).

Anyway, it's a pretty good article written by Jennifer Trainer Thompson who the byline says is called the "Queen of Hot" by the AP.  She apparently also has authored several books on the subject - they mention Jump Up and Kiss Me: Spicy Vegetarian Cooking and The Great Hot Sauce Book.

Usual disclaimers...no relation, haven't tried the books, etc.  Just food for thought!
