Anyway, I was reading an article in Australian Gourmet Traveller about a new resort in Orange that was going to be premium Japanese food. They're going to be growing a lot of their own stuff including wasabi. I couldn't quite work out the name of the resort, but the businessman in charge of it is Ichiro Gonda.
