Jim, Having been on an out-of-town job off and on for a couple of weeks, I have been out of the loop. I returned home to find a small box from Mild to Wild etc. My sample of the highly acclaimed bread came out of the box immediately and I sliced it up. Adding some butter, I toasted it a little in the toaster oven, sniffed, scarfed, smiled, and buttered another. I left a slice for my partner to sample and settled down for the night. About that time I discovered my mouth had a higher tolerance than my empty stomach and I was forced to eat some ice cream to cool down the plumbing. Great way to end the day, if you ask me. I had a nice high until I went to sleep. My compliments, Jim, to you and your bread. It really is quite tasty, and worth cooking at home. Thanks for considering me as a sample recipient. On a depressing note, while I was out of town a storm (possible funnel) came through and destroyed my greenhouse. The cold front behind the winds brought in 25 degree F. temperatures and froze most of my plants. Major bummer. I had 8' Aji A. plants that were bent over with fruit. I wouldn't have minded the greenhouse as much as the plants. Well, thanks for the sample. I really enjoyed it. Calvin
