Hi Calvin, cc: chile-head list It is hard to write a report on my use of your wonderous powder without repeating what others have said. I, too, think it is a well-balanced, just-right-hot, powder. I've tried it mostly on bland food without other pepper influences so I could really taste it. Still have to try some on vanilla ice cream or milk shake. Unlike some, I think the color is lovely, but I'm partial to terra cotta, and it reminds me of that. I also like the texture. Thanks so much for sending the sample.
