I first had it as a table condiment in Fredrikstadt on St. Croix. Great Scotch Bonnet fruit flavors and a mustard/vinegar base. Just used the last of my current bottle on a ham sandwich. my lips are still glowing that lovely orange colour. ENJOY! Doug
