I apologize for the lack of clarity of my message. It seemed to make sense at the time I wrote it :-) I was looking for a recipe to make, not use, marinated artichokes, altho I can use those too once I marinate some. Thanks to all who sent recipes. I have saved all the recipes and plan to use them. Apparently it is OK to freeze art. hearts because I ran across a few recipes calling for frozen ones.
