Any fertilizer you can find for tomatoes should be fine for peppers,
as they are related.

Any balanced fert with a 1-1-1 ratio is fine. A 1-2-1 ratio during
blossoms and fruiting is fine too. It can be 10-20-10 or 5-10-5 using
twice as much for the latter.

If you can, having your soil tested for both the macro nutrients
(NPK) and micro- nutrients plus organic material is best.
