Hi Brad!! You could also try something like Sambal Oelek which is raw chili paste if you want hot only. It is very hot and we use is frequently. I like it on the side or for cooking. Another one I like is Huy Fong Sriracha Chile Sauce. Both of these will add the heat you are looking for.
