I just received my order of two bottles of "Ralph's Righteous Habanero Hot
Sauce".  I ripped open the box, pulled out the bottles, dug a flour tortilla
and some shredded cheese out of the fridge and slapped together a quick,
microwave quesadilla with a nice stream of Ralph's running down the middle
inside.  My CH brothers and sisters, Hallelujah!  I am happy to report for
you who haven't had the opportunity to try Ralph's, Jim has captured the
essence of the Habanero and put it in a bottle.  It has a wonderful, big
Habanero flavor and significant, slow-rolling, Habanero heat.  Great stuff!
